Accept yourself the way you are

A large percentage of people suffer from low self-esteem. They cannot accept their flaws and thus constantly compare themselves with others. You should never do that. You should understand that you are the best version of yourself and that will instantly make you happy. Being a perfectionist is good but too much perfectionism is harmful. So, accept your flaws and be the way you are.

Have an optimistic attitude towards life

Leading a happy life is possible only if you are an optimist. You should never have a pessimistic attitude. Things might not always work out in your favor but that does not mean you should stop trying. You should always keep trying and not let the thought of giving up come in your way.

Shut off negativity

Negativity can be spread by people who are close to you or even by some random stranger you met at work. If you think that someone is saying something that is bothering your mental health, tell that person to stop right there. You should always give your happiness the first priority.
